These Terms apply to BrandSocial (website and apps) at brandsocial.in.

1. The service

BrandSocial provides festival creatives, branding tools, and optional AI-assisted posts for businesses in India. Paid features require a BrandSocial subscription plan.

2. Account

Keep your details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, infringe rights, or attempt payment fraud.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in the BrandSocial app. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plan limits (including Create for me custom AI quota) apply as purchased.

4. Content

You keep rights in logos and photos you upload. You grant BrandSocial a licence to store and process them to deliver the service. Catalog artwork and software remain ours. Do not use posts for illegal or infringing campaigns.

5. AI

Create for me may use third-party AI. Quality is not guaranteed. Custom generations use your plan quota.

6. Refunds

See the Refund/Cancellation Policy.

7. Law

Governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hingoli, Maharashtra, subject to consumer-protection rules.
