2. Data we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, login data.
- Business profile: shop name, logo, address, category, images you upload.
- Usage: posts, Create for me prompts, device and diagnostics.
- Payments: plan and transaction IDs via Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
- To run BrandSocial: festival posts, Make Mine, Wish, scheduling, and subscriptions.
- To process payments through Razorpay.
- To fulfil Create for me (catalog match or AI generation on your plan).
- Transactional messages (login, receipts, plan expiry).
- Optional BrandSocial product updates — you can opt out.
- Legal compliance, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with Razorpay, hosting/AI vendors needed to run BrandSocial, and authorities if required by law.
